Services means any products sold by Boutique Seafood and any business activities we perform for our customers.

HOME DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL
  • Delivery is a flat rate of $15. Free delivery for all orders over $200.
  • You can choose your delivery day Friday or Saturday. Please advise if you have a request for alternate day or bestpoke order.
  • Orders will need to be placed by Midnight Tuesday.
  • Deliveries selected (before lunch) will be delivered from 8.00am to 12.00pm.
  • Deliveries no selected will be from 8.00am - 5.00pm (Should you have a time request we will always try to accommodate where possible)
  • You must live in our delivery area to order.
  • If an order is processed with a delivery address outside of our delivery area, we will need to cancel the order and refund the payment.
  • Please take care when specifying your delivery address as refunds cannot be given if you enter an address incorrectly and your order is delivered to the address specified.

 

 DELIVERY OF ORDERS
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been fulfilled.
  • Authority to leave is required by all orders
  • All orders are delivered in insulated boxes on ice, products will be delivered below 4 degrees celsius.
  • Once the order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to care for your products safely. Unpack and refrigerate immediately. (Seafood must be consumed within 24hours)
  • Due to COVID-19, we will not be asking for signatures on delivery.
  • The driver will knock/ring the door bell and be placing the order on the doorstep, Should you have any delivery instructions please fill out the (leave a note with your order box)
  • You will be sent a text and a photo of your delivery if not home and temperature is recorded in our log delivery book.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND SATISFACTION
  • The online store inventory is a manually updated and even with our best efforts there may be times when something is unavailable. If something you have ordered is unavailable, you will receive a phone call to discuss how you would like to proceed – substitute item or exclude with refund.
  • We are passionate about our Seafood products and want you to love them too. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us by email: hello@boutiqueseafood.com.au and we will find a solution.

 

PACKAGING

  • All orders are delivered from a refrigerated van or Truck and come in an insulated box filled with crushed ice.

We have taken proper care and precautions to ensure that the information we provide on this Website is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept any legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on this Website or on any linked site.
